Regelkonformes Verhalten, sowie der Schutz des Unternehmens und unserer Mitarbeiter/innen vor unangemessenem und rechtswidrigem Verhalten hat bei Schone & Bruns GmbH & Co. KG und Schone & Bruns Objekt- und Gewerbebau GmbH oberste Priorität.
Wir geben die Möglichkeit Fehlverhalten zu melden. Das dafür eingeführte Hinweisgebersystem darf nicht für falsche Anschuldigungen verwendet werden. Beruht die Meldung auf wahren Tatsachen hat ihr gegebener Hinweis keine Nachteile für Sie (Kündigung, Abmahnung usw.).
Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Missstände und Fehlverhalten unserer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter (Verstöße gegen Gesetze oder interne Bestimmungen), von denen Sie im Rahmen der beruflichen Tätigkeit Kenntnis erlangen, per Brief, E-Mail, telefonisch, persönlich oder über das folgende Formular zu melden.

We provide the opportunity to report misconduct. The whistleblower system introduced for this purpose must not be used for false accusations. If the report is based on true facts, the information you provide will not have any disadvantages for you (termination, warning, etc.).
You have the possibility to report grievances and misconduct of our employees (violations of laws or internal regulations), of which you become aware in the course of your professional activities, by letter, e-mail, telephone, in person or via the following form.
